The contractor company CG Jensen is betting on a good dialogue with the young people. Apprentice coordinator and work foremen work closely together to create a framework for the apprentices to be heard. CG Jensen believes that the time they spend on providing co-determination via dialogue will pay off very well. The apprentices become more independent and come up with suggestions for arranging the working day themselves.
